Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sachin.On.The.Run provides coaching, guiding, training camps, workshops, digital products, and related services. By purchasing any product or service, you agree to the following policy.
No Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Personal coaching programs
- Guided experiences
- Training camps and workshops
- Digital products (ebooks, guides, downloads)
- Sponsorship contributions or donations
- Any service booked through the website
Please ensure you understand the offering before completing payment.
Coaching: Rescheduling & Hold
Coaching plans cannot be cancelled once started.
However, at our discretion:
- A membership may be paused for up to one (1) month
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least one month's notice
- Approval is subject to availability and operational feasibility
Failure to communicate within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of sessions.
Camps, Workshops & Guided Experiences
Participant cancellation does not qualify for a refund.
If you are unable to attend:
- Rescheduling may be considered with at least one month's notice
- Approval depends on availability of future programs
If We Cancel an Event
If Sachin.On.The.Run cancels a camp, workshop, or guided experience due to unforeseen circumstances:
Participants may choose either:
- Rescheduling to a future equivalent program, OR
- A full refund of the amount paid
Travel expenses or third-party costs are not covered.
Digital Products (Ebooks)
Due to the nature of digital content:
- No refunds are provided after purchase
- Access is granted immediately upon payment
- Sharing, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited

Payments may be made via:
- Razorpay
- Bank transfer
- UPI
- Cash (where applicable)
